Mo' Muscle Cars - We are celebrating 20 years!

January 2026 marks a major milestone — 20 years of Mo’ Muscle Cars.

It’s amazing to look back at what began as Tim Meaux’s vision: a place built on honesty, real craftsmanship, and a belief that classic cars and their owner deserved better than what most restoration shops were offering at the time.

Tim built the shop’s foundation — the standards, the culture, the heartbeat that still lives here today.

After Tim passed 17 years ago, his son Blake stepped in with a level of courage and commitment that deserves real recognition.

He honored what his father started while guiding the shop into its next chapter. Under Blake’s leadership, Mo’ Muscle Cars hasn’t just continued — it has grown, evolved, and thrived in ways that would make Tim proud.

And here’s the part that feels especially meaningful:

Blake has carried forward his father’s legacy for many years — long enough to shape Mo’ Muscle Cars into what it is today, a place rooted in family, loyalty, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time.

Some of the team members who worked with Tim are still here — a powerful reminder of what this shop represents. People don’t stay somewhere for decades unless the place truly means something. And that’s what sets Mo’ Muscle Cars apart.

We’re more than a workplace. We’re a family, a community, and one of the most trusted professional restoration facilities in the region.

One of the constants through these 20 years has been our master mechanic, Mike Nixon. From the early days to where we are now, Mike has been in the shop day in and day out — turning wrenches, solving problems, and keeping the standard of work high. His knowledge, consistency, and dedication are part of the foundation Mo’ Muscle Cars was built on.

Shops don’t last two decades without people like Mike behind the scenes, and this milestone wouldn’t be complete without recognizing the time, loyalty, and pride he’s poured into this place.

From metal shaping and performance upgrades to full rotisserie restorations, everything that rolls out of our 16,000-square-foot shop reflects the values Tim started and the dedication Blake and the team continue.

Every build is a blend of history, skill, and heart — and that legacy lives in every weld, every detail, every mile.
